Trespassing with a firearm in a building

Trespassing with a firearm on land
Up to 3 months in prison

Section 22 (4)
Possession of an air weapon by a person under 14 years of age
£1000 fine

Section 22 (5)
Possession of an air weapon in a public place by a person under 17 years of age
£1000 fine

Possession of firearms or ammunition without a certificate
Section one firearms include anything that is not an air gun/rifle/pistol
Up to 5 years in prison

Section 47
Failure to hand over a firearm or ammunition when asked by a police officer
Up to 3 months in prison

Possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence e.g. robbery.
